We have one of the best returns policies in the music industry. No matter what you buy from us, we will take it back within 60 days and exchange it for another ukulele or give you a refund. It's simple and easy.
Here's How It Works:

You order from our website and try the product for up to 60 days.

If you would like to return it, simply contact us and we will provide you with return shipping instructions.

Pack the ukulele and accessories in the original box and ship it back to us.
- 4
We receive the uke back and you receive full store credit or a refund.
- 5
Done.
Now that's peace of mind :)
A Few Details:
- Be sure to look after the instrument as well as you can. We would much prefer to receive the uke back in excellent condition so we can continue to offer this returns policy to our customers. Fortunately for us, ukulele players are some of the nicest people on the planet and we have very few issues in this regard.
- If the return has visible signs of wear, we may charge a restocking fee of up to 15%.
- Any original shipping fee or insurance will not be refunded.
- International orders also have the 60 day returns policy. The customer is responsible for returning the product to us.
